Abstrak This study focuses on the field of employee performance evaluation study, which
is the object and location of this research is employee of Public Works Department of
Highways Musi Banyuasin. This study uses primary data and secondary data, analyzed
using qualitative descriptive analysis method. From these results, it was found some
phenomena related to the research study consisting of eight indicators are: Clarity Of
Vision And Mission, Determination Result, Employee Empowerment, Motivating
Employees, Characteristically Flexibility And Adjustment To New Conditions,
Competition For Increased Performance, Improvement Of Working Procedures To Meet
The Needs Of The Community, Communication With Stakeholders. The results obtained
in this study nine indicator target has been implemented with good performance and a
maximum in accordance with the targets and goals to be achieved.
