Abstrak | ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Influence of Leadership, Discipline, Motivation and Work Environment on the Performance of Civil Servants in Palembang. This research is descriptive and verification, descriptive research is intended to influence an explanation Leadership, Discipline, Motivation andWork Environment (independent variable) on the performance of civil servants (dependent variable), while for verifikatifnya using SPSS 18.0. The sample in this study isa civil servant in the city of Palembang by taking a case study on Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palembang. This research is descriptive and verification, descriptive research is intended to the following results: 1) the results of multiple linearanalysis showed all the independent variables (leadership, work discipline, motivation,work environment significantly affect the performance of civil servants, work environment variables affect more dominant than the other variables, 2) The t test resultsshowed that the partial influence of independent variables on the dependent variable, 3)F Test Results showed that the independent variables simultaneously influence thedependent variable, 4) Test Results Adjusted R-square of 85,7% shows the results ofindependent variables affect the dependent variable , Keywords: Leadership, Discipline, Motivation, Work Environment, the Civil Service Performance |
