Abstrak This research lay open how important applying ISO 9001:2000 To Planning division of Conservancy Service Manufacture The PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) UP III Plaju Palembang function. The objective to know how far company have applied the ISO 9001:2000 have been executed with as good as possible. Afterwards result of research give the information and recommend management to applying ISO 9001:2000 enforceable betterly again in improving efektifity and efficiency company.
The data collected by mail survey that distributed to all worker at Conservancy service manufacture the pertamina up III Palembang. There are 200 questionnaires received and analyzed by simple regression. The result show that there are not problems of arising out for understanding of worker at applying ISO 9001:2000. Inferential that applying ISO 9001:2000 shares of planning of function of Conservancy Service Manufacture The PERTAMINA UP III have good enough.
