Abstrak | This study is a curious side effect of the author of the company's activities when sending employees to outside training and duties, particularly employees in the Department of Procurement PT.Pusri Palembang. In the study conducted for 7 months, starting from February 2012 to August 2012. The method used was a survey with a descriptive analysis of the verification. To examine the effect of training and duty time beyond time employee of the effectiveness of the decision-making demand for the purchase of goods, used simple regression statistical tests. From the analysis of the data found that the effective working time of employees who left because they have to attend training or a job out of town, can lead to the buildup of jobs at once put it off so as to extend the completion time of the decision-making process in the demand for the purchase of goods procurement departments PT.
